How We Work

The visible pest is often only part of the picture.

The surrounding environment, access points, food sources, moisture and harbourage all influence pest activity. Understanding these conditions allows us to identify the cause of the problem, recommend the most appropriate treatment and help reduce the likelihood of future pest activity.

That’s why every service follows our Service Delivery Standard – the same careful process, every time.

1 › Detailed Pest Inspection

Every service begins with a detailed inspection of all accessible areas.

We identify pest activity, assess the extent of the problem and evaluate the conditions that may be contributing to it. This allows us to understand the problem before recommending any treatment.

2 › Risk Assessment

The findings from the inspection are carefully evaluated to determine the level of infestation, identify potential risks and select the most appropriate treatment approach.

Two properties with the same pest rarely need the same treatment. What we recommend follows the inspection, not a standard formula.

3 › Treatment

Treatment is carried out using appropriate methods and products based on the inspection findings, the pest involved and the specific requirements of the property.

Treatment isn’t always purely chemical. Where appropriate, we combine it with non-chemical control measures as part of an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach.

4 › Monitoring (where applicable)

Some pest problems require ongoing monitoring to assess treatment effectiveness and detect any further activity.

Certain pest problems don’t resolve the moment treatment is applied — effectiveness needs to be tracked over time. Where needed, we add monitoring devices, follow-up inspections or further observation as part of the service.

5 › Service Report

Following every service, a detailed Service Report is provided outlining:

  • Inspection findings
  • Treatment carried out
  • Observations
  • Recommendations
  • Follow-up actions, where applicable

This provides a clear record of the service and helps clients understand the work completed.

OUR SERVICE
ASSURANCE

If activity returns within 30 days of a General Insect Pest Control, Rodent Management, or Bed Bug Treatment service, we’ll come back and re-treat at no additional cost.

Termite Management and Wood Borer Treatment are covered under their own re-treatment terms, confirmed at the time of service.

Mosquito Management assurance covers the breeding sites we identify and treat on your property, not pest pressure from neighbouring or external sources.

Why We Work This Way

Treating pests is only ever part of the job.

Understanding the conditions that contribute to pest activity allows us to recommend treatments that are appropriate for the property and the pest involved.

Understanding the problem comes first.
The right solution follows.
